Driving down my street, High Rock Rd in Sandy Hook towards Rt. 34, about 8:30 PM 9/9/13 and saw a mountain lion in the middle of the road. About the size of a large dog, tan in color with a long tail that had a black tip on it. Also had some spots on its belly area. Was able to get to about 15-20 feet away before it ran into the woods. I am very close to another sighting that is recorded on this site over on Marlin/Hoseycoach Rd. Submitted by Steve Mullaney
