Mt Lion in East Woodstock, CT

Glanced out my back windows in mid September last year (2010) and saw this mountain lion walking through our backyard next to our ponds. I walked out to my deck for a closer look and then saw it pause, turn its head toward me and then go into a fast trot. I was just amazed at its beauty, color and long tail.

I knew they were in Woodstock but never thought I would actually see one in my backyard.
