question

I live off of mountain road in torrington. I heard today 9/11/11 that a cat killed "livestock" nearby. Has anyone heard firsthand that this is correct?

    I did a search, and found nothing in local papers. also nothing on the web , but some old bear attack stories. I don’t know if DEEP would have anything?? Based on the way thet view the mountain lion issue here in CT, I think not. any one with more info please let us know.
