Second time I saw him (East Windsor)
I saw what looked like a mountain lion this morning in East Windsor Ct. He was rolling around in the grass outside my bedroom window at about 5:15am this morning (July 8, 2016). He was about 3 feet tall at the top of the head and had a tail about 3 feet long. he was medium brown in color and didn't have any other color except for the black tip at the end of his tail. I would estimate his weight to be around 40-50 pounds. I tried to take a picture of him but when I opened the window I startled him and he trotted away along the tree line. when he was about 100 yards away he looked back in my direction and slowly disappeared into the trees. If you see it again take a picture through the window, so you don’t scare it.

A small cougar was in a grassy field on Sharon Mountain at the corner of Fairchild Road and Sharon Mountain Road at around 5pm. With a glossy medium brown body and brown and black markings on its face with white around inner and lower eyes (I drove slowly into the field and came within about forty feet of it before it got up and slowly walked toward the forest line) and a very long brown tail, I would estimate its weight only about 25 to 30 pounds and assumed it to be a juvenile.
