Two Near I95 Stonington

As my husband and I were driving north, I was gazing out the passenger window and noticed two large shapes in the woods next to I95 approximately mid-way between exits 90 and 91. SInce it is wintertime, with minimal leaf cover and snow on the ground, it was easy to see that these shapes were in fact mountain lions. The presence of the long tail is what convinced me, or I might have suspected lynx instead. I saw one face very clearly, and the ears were more triangular than expected, but the size, body shape, and tail were very much that of a mountain lion. Submitted by Lisa Philo
