Big cat (Durham ct)
I was coming home around 10pm. As I drove down my driveway I noticed something large prone in the back yard. I wondered what it was looked at it for a few moments and switched to my brights. This is when I realized what it was. The beast got up and moved to another driveway. When it stood up the first thing I thought is that thing is huge ( way to big to be a bob cat) and as it walked with big cat strides with a tail as long as it's body trailing behind it. I knew them for a fact exactly what I was looking at. I went to get a camera but the cat was gone when I got back.
I am an avid outdoorsman as well as Eagle Scout. I know what I saw and it's called a mountain lion
