my backyard in Lisbon

I live in Lisbon on Rt. 138 near the school. I have some apple trees in my yard that bring lots of deer and I throw a lot of scrap meat out of my kitchen window and have seen a couple really good size bobcats and got a picture of a coyote last year. Train tracks to the right of my yard, marshy swampy area behind it with a dry covered 1/2 acre behind that. Well on 8/24/14 at around 6pm I stepped onto my back patio to sit down and relax for a bit and immediately see a large cats head looking directly at me about 30yds away from behind a cedar tree.. all I can see is the head and it's a good size but I know right away it wasnt like any bobcat I had ever seen. It stared at me for a solud 5secs. I just so happened to have bought a camera a couple weeks earlier and I immediately got up and went inside to get it hoping it'll still be there when I got back. When I walked through the kitchen I noticed it wasn't behind the tree anymore (damn!)... but when I started down the steps to go back on the patio to wait and hope for a shot, I noticed it.. crouched and stalking position, belly low, and focused. I'm guessing it was about 50lbs. I snapped two quick pics and it quickly shot out after a rabbit into the woods. Did some research and I am certain it's a young mountain lion
