Mountain Lion - a first!
It's March 14th about 8am, I am standing at our back door looking out at our back yard full of snow, when I see movement gliding over the snow. We have seen several kinds of animals in our back yard such as: coyote's, lynx, hawks, eagles, turkeys, foxes, deer, and bears - but never a mountain lion until today. It was very large, and moved swiftly! My husband and I dress with cameras in hand and ventured out to try to get a picture, but all we could find were prints in the snow (pictures not really visible against the snow). We have heard about stories of sightings in the 15yrs we have lived here in Burlington, CT. The front paw measured about 5" and the hind paw about 4".

I dont believe there have even been any Lynx in CT in 75 years.

Only know of one of those, hard to generate a conspiracy with one animal
Be careful, evidence is coming in from various areas that is more numerous and more credible than any of the previous few years. Don’t get caught up in a theory that may blow apart and soon.
