Mountin Lion in Backyard

I was in my backyard, in Oxford CT, at 9:30 in the morning and happened to look towards to edge of our property (about 50 yards from where I was standing) and saw a large cat like animal around 100lbs or so with a brown body and black on it's face. At first I thought it was a bobcat, but the body of the cat was very thick and muscular (I'm not 100% sure of the tail length). I reviewed pictures online to see what I actually saw... it looked exactly like the photos of a mountain lion. It was in an area that many animals use to go in and out of a dense wooded area (mostly deer and coyotes). It looked at me and I looked at it... I then quickly left to get into the house... which I now learned you're not suppose to do. I wish I took a photo... however, at the time that was the last thing on my mind. My brother is going to set up a trail camera in the area that the mountain lion appeared, as this is certainly a game trail for wild animals. It will be interesting to see what is actually coming in and out of the woods, maybe even capture the mountain lion on film (however, I'm not sure if they stay in the area or travel out of it... that would be nice to know).
