Mountain lion sighting in Durham, CT

As I prepared to walk my dog on the morning of August 8, 2014 we encountered a large mountain lion type cat in the middle of our driveway, which is a long road surrounded by high grass. After grabbing my dog in my arms we watched the tan colored cat with a long tail do about three complete slow circles. It had a very slow pace and did not seemed alarmed by our presence. When I returned with a camera it had already ventured off into the high grass. At 6:00 in the morning we are accustomed to seeing deer, foxes, beavers and other wildlife in our yard, but today was clearly unusual and something we were not prepared for. From our close vantage point and the length of time we observed the cat, there leaves no doubt about it's presence in our area.
